Xavier Becerra is a Democratic congressman representing California's 31st district. He was the fisrt Latino to serve on the House Ways and Means Committee. He created H.R.512, to create a national American Latino museum. He also introduced H.B.662, a bill to create a committee to study and reccomend appropriate restitution of Japanese-Latin Americans who were brough to US internment camps during WWII to be used to  bargain for the release of US prisoners in Japan.

Charilie Gonzalez is a congressman representing Texas' 20th district. He has introduced and as yet unpassed bill, H.R. 3673, to require the Secretary of Defense to establish a National Trauma Iinstitute in San Antonio.

Joe Baca is the congressman representing California's 43rd Didtrict. He is the chair of the Congresssional Hispancic Caucus. One of his current bills is H.B. 2957, a bill to improve services in elementary and secondary schools for children with limited English proficiency.
